This patient came in with old composite fillings. After diagnosis, multiple secondary instances of caries were detected around the old fillings. In order to avoid pulpitis in the future, a long-term high-quality restoration (InLay, OnLay) was proposed. Maintaining healthy tooth structure, we replaced only the damaged part of the tooth. Hence, the tooth was restored while remaining in place.
