The patient came to the clinic on a recommendation. There were complaints of severe pain on the upper jaw.

Clinical picture: broken molar, pus, granulomas formed, missing lower chewing teeth, there are problems with the bite, in general, the condition of the oral cavity is neglected.

  1. We had a broken molar and an adjacent tooth – both could not be saved or repaired – on the upper jaw removed.
  2. We took X-rays.
  3. We did computer modeling.
  4. We diagnosed masticatory muscle dysfunction and bite deviations and determined where the muscles would be most relaxed.
  5. We discussed and agreed on a step-by-step treatment option.

We restored the upper jaw with ceramic veneers – incisors, canines, premolars – and crowns – lateral teeth. We placed veneers and ceramic crowns on the lower jaw and replaced the missing molars with implants.

As a result, the patient regained 100% of the chewing and aesthetic functions of both jaws, and the bite problem was completely solved.
